Returns / Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to the nature of custom completed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is materially flawed, or defective.

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are completed.

If your items are materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at babysoradassist@outlook.com 7 days from receipt of merchandise (Invoice) and we will be happy to arrange for a refund, reorder, or online store credit. Please provide your order number.
